My wife has been seeing Dr. Aizen for around 18 months now. It was incredibly disappointing to hear of her latest experience. She had a referral for a specialist provided to her however the specialist was no longer practising. She called the clinic to ask if the Doctor could email her a new referral. Dr. Aizen called her and asked why she needed the referral emailed. When my wife advised the specialist he had referred was closed, he wrote her another referral however proceeded to charge for a full consult for this email. Whilst my wife questioned this many times given there was no consult the Doctor was insistent on charging in full for a new consult. Incredibly disappointing especially given we are needing a good family GP and will not be going back here.

I have found the practice where I will stay - a very friendly and inviting person at the front desk and an attentive doctor. It was easy to register as a new patient and I received the rebate before I left the practice. An overall great experience.

We moved out of the area and I tried other doctors but this is the best family clinic to have as your family doctor. Sonia is always thorough and actually talks to you and checks your body. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Spent $600 on MRIs for me to have to chase the Doctor for the results, which was get another one in 12 months time. Then was charged $40 for the phone call. I should have just waited for the MRI report myself, ridiculous they can’t bulk bill a 30 second phone call. Won’t be going back!

We walked in without an appointment with hopes of getting a flu shot. The receptionist was extremely helpful and we were able to be looked after straightaway.
