Victor was so friendly and comforting that my 15 year old son had a good chat with him. He didn’t rush us out the door and took time for my son to feel so comfortable and safe with him. My son has childhood onset heart disease and is very cautious with his body as a result of many interventions and surgeries. Victor took time, was comforting and reassuring. My son wants to go back to see him like he was a mate to have a chat with, not just address medical things. Thank you so much Victor!

Always have a positive experience at Aspendale Clinic. The nurses here are excellent with baby/children vaccinations. With light machine and bubbles in hand for a quick distraction, it made our 12 month vaccinations a very smooth experience!

Aspendale Medical Clinic reception staff are lovely. They have always been extremely helpful. However I didn't give 5 star rating as my doctor did not perform his due diligence in handling a referral and sending results with the referral to Monash Health which has pushed me back 2 months more due to this issue. I just wasn't impressed by that.

I have been going to this clinic for over 17 years, from the delightful staff at reception, the ability to have blood tests done on site and the doctors are truly empathetic and supportive. Never rushing you if required. Even though I have moved I still drive over to see my doctor.

Arrived 10 minutes early , the receptionist acknowledged I was there . Sat for nearly 30 minutes. Nurse finally came out and got me saying reception had not told her I was there . I will admit the nurse was fantastic.Better luck next time

Went to see Mio with a very bad eye. Saw his medical student first who was excellent with his procedure for diagnosing the problem and was very friendly and easy to talk to. When he called Mio in who conducted his own tests they both agreed on the diagnosis and organised for me to see an eye specialist that same day. Excellent service as always when attending this clinic. Incidentally their diagnosis was confirmed by the eye specialist

I have been coming here since prenatal 12 years ago and continue to come back for mine and my child’s care. I am so grateful every time they fit us in for an appointment for my child at short notice. The senior GPs are very experienced and very knowledgeable and I trust their advice and expertise to care for us. The admin staff are also very kind and accomodating. Thank you!!
