I've been coming to this medical centre for about 10 years now, and it is such a difference in that the waiting area is not chock full of unwell people and grizzly children. I have referred people here and David Blumberg is an awesome GP. I often don't have to give all of myself symptoms as he is invested in his patients so he knows before I do sometimes what the issue may be. Example- I complained of dizziness and a couple other symptoms and he diagnosed a UTI straightaway and of course after doing a u. test, he was correct.

Receptionist and Nurse extremely nice, the Dr Cai on the otherhand, well,
Had split webbing in my hand and a nice blood blister on my finger,
After l took the bandage off, he looked at it for 2 seconds and then said " just put a bandaid on it"
I asked about stitches and he said he couldn't as it was longer than 6 hours that had past
He asked about a tetanus shot
I said didn't know
I asked about letting the blood out of my blister, he said no need
He told me to see the nurse, who was great, she gave me the shot and put a bandaid on the wound, then that was it $75 thanks...
Then on my way out, there he was going to his car,
Obviously had something more important on than helping me.
Never going there again...
The bandaid they put on the rest l had to do myself as the bandaid just kept coming off

Dr Jenny Devine is amazing!! So personable and knowledgeable. Best GP for a woman. She made it possible to have a pleasant Pap test which is phenomenal and she is also hilarious which puts you at ease.

Dr Robert Cai was a disgrace, came in immediately after an allergic reaction to be referred to an allergist to diagnose my allergies and he sent me a referral to a sleep specialist. I clearly told him I needed an allergist but he didn’t understand me and just sent me off without even asking questions. The sleep clinic was so confused and so was I. After contacting the main office requesting a new referral they told me Robert stands by my original referral… I never mentioned sleep problems! After back and forth I finally got an allergist referral but to the worst one suited for me. Never coming back. Please don’t see this doctor. Waste of time and money.
