I usually see two other doctors at this clinic, but they weren’t available, so I saw a different GP. DR. Khaing Htun. She was running behind schedule and rushed through the appointment, coming across as cold and dismissive. I was still struggling to speak after my illness, which made it difficult to communicate, but she didn’t show much patience. While she prescribed antibiotics, she offered no advice on managing my symptoms, which had kept me up for three nights. In contrast, the pharmacist I visited later was far more caring and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice that made a real difference.

I highly recommend Mentone General Practice because the staff is friendly, efficient, proficient, and professional. My doctor has addressed all of my health issues, and I am confident that I am in good hands. When you attend, you can choose the doctor of your choice. There is a pathology clinic on the premises as well. Parking onsite is also available.

***Forget bulk billing, better to pay and take your kid to a better medical practice ***Not our usual GP. We came here for an urgent appointment for my daughter who had a bad fall. The only place we could find an appointment and the place was empty. Was given antibiotics. No cleaning was done of the deep wounds. Was told we should not interfere with the healing process and let the antibiotics do its job. In hindsight, the doctor should have made an effort to clean out the wounds to make sure the wounds heal as nicely without leaving any scars or uneven surfaces. In this case, we didn’t feel the need to wait for our usual GP and should have definitely waited. We learn from our experiences. But yeah, not this person/ practice again.
