5 stars to Dr. Anna Velkov — always accommodating, professional, and consistently excellent in her work. 1 star for a receptionist named Mariya, whose rude attitude and lack of basic customer service skills were very disappointing.

Dr. Bhargavi is our go-to doctor, and she’s absolutely amazing. However, I needed to see a doctor recently and was fine with seeing someone else as Dr. Bhargavi was unavailable. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for an hour, only to see the other doctor (Dr Ana) prioritize their regular patients who arrived after me. This experience was frustrating and felt like a complete disregard for patients’ time. The system could definitely be improved.

If I could give a 0 to this place I would. What a nut job the receptionist is! Rude and downright condescending. And I just realised, all the other reviews are saying the same thing.
I did not mind the appointment being changed last minute from a face to face to a Telehealth, but the rudeness with which she addressed the change was appalling. My child had ear pain I had to bear with her mean behaviour. imagine so many other distressed patients being treated poorly. Very bad receptionist. She needs to be replaced. The practice will lose patients because of her.

Dr. Yuliya Stepanova is very professional and gentle with my 4 year old boy. We are very glad to have her as our GP and my son is no longer scared of the doctors because her : )
The front desk staff are lovely and helpful too.

I rang @ 4pm on the dot & after 11 min wait & being 3rd in a queue (as per recording) could not already get face to face appointment? I asked receptionist how is it possible & how many patients are booked in today in 11 min queueing. The receptionist has just hanged up on me.
There is something wrong with the way reception works at the clinic.

Dr Richard Waluk is the Godsend. A very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. A brilliant diagnosis Doctor with many, many years of practical experience. I am very fortunate to have found Dr Ricrad Waluk. I came to him in deep pain caused by my old injury and I finally have Hope to be able to live a normal life pain-free.
The Reception Team is very supportive and helpful. I would give many bonus stars to this clinic if I could.
The waiting time does not bother me at all. I think in deepest gratitude that another human being is receiving much-needed help while I am waiting to be served by the Doctor & Team.

I kind of feel like people are really harsh with this place. I have seen various doctors here over the years and always been looked after. I had Dr. Denys stitch my leg up after a work injury and it was like a plastic surgeon had done it. There's hardly even a scar. Brilliant guy!!

This clinic does a lot of low income earners and bulk billing. It's not a private facility with the best of the best equipment but it's clean, sterile and they do there best, always.

In fairless, what place doesn't have issues with wait times. There doctors are good, and fair. If you want someone to hold your hand or coddle you, go to Nana's house. They are busy and do this sort of thing everyday with a huge amount of people.

I personally come here because it's a five minute walk from my house. And the best part is, they always fit you in. That's ace in my book.

Few months before, I have visited Dr Julia in this place. Doctor has look after me very well and taking care of my problem . Doctor is very polite and co operative with patients ( with me ). She has find the cause of root and treated me very well. Dr Julia is very experienced and talented doctor.
I was not expecting the problem was gone away just by having only one an appointment. However she has done it carefully.
I would recommend this place to my friends and relatives. However waiting period was bit Longer but I would never mind because it was after hours service .
