Thank you to the very lovely and efficient receptionist on Saturday who kindly assisted my mother-in-law with getting her reports organised before a specialist appointment. Despite the clinic being very busy, she very patiently and diligently handled everything with excellent professionalism and service. My mother-in-law has been very happy with the doctors here, and travels especially to see Dr Lawrence Li, who always provides her with a very thorough work-up of her symptoms.

My daughter’s GP is Dr Linda Lin and she is amazing - friendly, thorough and patiently explains everything.

On occasions when we had to do walk-in because of my daughter’s fever, we see Dr Jason Xie, who has bad reviews, but we actually found him very professional and thorough. In fact, his thoroughness to swab my 6 months old revealed Covid diagnosis, and he followed up with a phone call to advise on management strategies.

Receptionist communicates well and is efficient too, so 5 stars based on my experiences.

Doctor David Liu is probably one of the most delusional and ignorant doctors i have ever been to.
I have had mild asthma since a child and use my Ventolin and seretide puffer accordingly.
Recently I have been experiencing shortness of breath when climbing up a flight of stairs and sometimes during physical exercise.
When I go to explain this situation David liu simply tells me to get anti-depressants and it could be because of my 'intrusive thoughts'.
Just because I been to the psychologist in the past for minor ocd symptoms doesn't mean I have significant intrusive thoughts as if I've been in World War II with PTSD.
Like why on earth would you be telling me to get anti-depressants just because of my breathing difficulty.
Completely brushing off my breathing problem and pinning it onto something else that is irrelevant and then telling me I'm in a state of denial.
I'm completely fine mentally, must be David himself who's having stupid thoughts, to be offering anti-depressants for simple issues to his patients. The last time I'll be visiting this centre.
Added with the rude receptionist at the front and the centre trying to charge people $40 in a very deceiving manner. As do all the other google reviews showing the exact same concern. Do your research before seeing any doctor from this medical centre.

I have visited Doctor Merry Grace Serazon Eccleston on many occasions. I have found her a delight to deal with. She seems very caring and that is very rare in this day and age. You should be very proud to employ her.

The reception girl is just so bad. We have been waited for an hour for my booked appointment, and that girl can’t even answer if I was the next patient. She didn’t have a list, didn’t have a system to check, and no matter what you asked she would say ‘I need to ask the doctor’, ‘it’s up to the doctor.’
She kept on saying ‘you are the next’ to everyone but can’t even differentiate the patients seeing a doctor or the clients for physiotherapy. The physio client was told he was the next while I was told the same but i was seeing the doctor for body check up. I asked the reception girl why was it and she can’t even answer, until the physio client told me he was up for physio.
How bad is this
Her mandarin was perfectly fine but until one point she suddenly said her mandarin was bad so needed to speak English because she thought we were arguing with her and she needed some support from everyone else in the room? Come on girl. Shame on you

I have been coming to this clinic for many years and I am an old customer. Today I made an appointment with Kangyuan Clinic. I was delayed because of family matters. I told the clinic that I would go in the afternoon, but they wanted to charge me $40 for the appointment. Then they told me that they were closed in the afternoon. This is really frustrating and infuriating. They didn't even tell me that they would charge me $40 if I didn't go. Other clinics don't even have such a thing. Why is this clinic so special? Is this how the clinic makes money? Very questionable!
