Dr Lam and the attending nurse Marley were so lovely. Observing that I was feeling very anxious for the procedure we had to get done that day, both of them made me feel very comfortable and heard. Both tried to distract me, and it worked, by the middle of it I was calmer and a little relaxed and I owe that to their kindness. Even the reception ladies were so lovely and welcoming, going the extra mile for their customers by calling cabs and coming to you with the information rather than getting you to stand in line when it's been busy. Truly such lovely people. Would definitely recommend Bluff Road medical to my friends and family.

The staff at Bluff Road medical are incredibly thorough, compassionate, and reliable. Dr Sara Tarafi has been treating my children and I for over 6 years and we genuinely love seeing her and being in her care. She has been able to assist in resolving many medical challenges with compassion and support.

I have had one initial appointment so far and am very impressed and hopeful about treatment so far. Dr Jason Lam was very thorough and considerate and when he challenged my ideas about possible causes he provided reasonable alternatives and treatment options. I have really struggled in the last 2 years trying to get a doctor to take my concerns seriously and previously when I have said I would like to try X potential treatment they have often said no and then provided no alternative. I am very greatly for the care Dr Lam and the staff at Bluff Rd Medical provided me.

I honestly could not adore Bluff Road Medical Centre more and that is saying something because there is usually not much joy in needing to visit a GP. But Dr Joan San is truly one of a kind. She offers the most exceptional quality of care and consistently goes above and beyond.

Dr Joan remembers my history understands me and truly sees the bigger picture not just for me but for my entire family. If it were not for her attentiveness and care I do not think my husband and I would have discovered that we needed IVF to conceive. Thanks to her support we now have our beautiful children.

Her guidance throughout that journey before during and after has been nothing short of incredible. She is warm grounded and makes you feel safe seen and genuinely cared for. I cannot thank her enough for always making me feel at home and for supporting me in ways far beyond what I ever expected from a GP.

Dr Joan is an extraordinary doctor and an even more extraordinary human. Thank you Joan.
