I have been a patient at this clinic for the past 10 years, and I want to express my deep gratitude for the exceptional care I've received - especially from Dr Kate. Her professionalism, gentleness, empathy, compassion and faith have meant so much to me throughout the years.
Dr Kate always took the time to listen, and I felt truly seen and supported under her care. Her thoughtful approach made a real difference in my wellbeing, and I always felt I was in the best hands.
I'm also deeply grateful to the reception staff who were always warm, respectful, and accomodating. Their kindness created a calm and welcoming environment that made every visit a positive experience.
Due to a change in personal circumstances, I am sadly transferring to a clinic closer to home. It was not an easy decision, and I leave with a heavy heart.

Dr Pensa and Dr. Kate

Today was my first consultation with Dr. Pensa, due to Dr Kate fully booked. I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional care he provided. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions thoroughly and took extra steps to coordinate with multiple specialist units and made multiple phone calls, something you don’t often see. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' wellbeing. His honesty impressed me.

Dr. Kate is my usual GP, she has always been amazing—patient, attentive, and never rushed. She consistently makes sure I’m fully comfortable and confident with every step of the process.

The receptionists staff are also very helpful.

Dr. Kate has been my GP since coming to Australia back in 2019. She’s the best GP i’ve ever had bc there were times that she’s not available and I have to consult a doctor regarding my health but was never satisfied to them. Dr. Kate is very informative, would give you options, would explain everything patiently. She’s very experienced!
