During the process of trying to help my elderly uncle choose an aged care provider it became apparent that there were literally dozens of providers to choose form & quite a minefield to sort through the many providers.
With the help of my daughter we looked at reviews and tried to do our research & short listed 3 providers who we felt could do the job that we wanted.
Just Better Care Melbourne Bayside is the company we chose & we are extremely pleased that we did.
There service has been excellent, we believe we have made the right choice. We are about 4 months in now & they have proven to be wonderful, they care as implied in the name & are patience & understanding with the elderly.
