4 years ago I was faced with a devastating motorcycle accident, and as I moved through the years it seemed I would never find a way to live with what it took away. Until I had the chance to work with an incredibly compassionate, diligent and talented Exercise Physiologist Nikki Spencer. Her zeal and kindness pushed me through barriers which would have held me down in the past. Although I am not nearly "recovered" and maybe never will be, I am at least in a better place. Thank you
