Doctor Feroz Khan is extremely wonderful with his services. Mandy and Lyanne the receptions are very kind and helpful. Eleanor who is in charge of the Laboratory and medical treatments is entirely superb with her services. Keep up the excellent work guys. You all are great with your responsibilities. As a Medical Receptionist, I was deeply concerned by Dr. Sanwar Sawdagar’s conduct during a recent phone call. He was short-tempered, raised his voice, and repeatedly spoke over me while we were trying to coordinate care for a patient. This lack of professionalism and empathy raises serious concerns about how he interacts with his patients.

After reading other reviews, it appears that this behavior may not be an isolated incident. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of interpersonal skills in a primary care physician, where compassion and communication are essential to quality care.

Dr Sanwar is an angry little man with zero patience and listening abilities. Don’t waste your time if you have a genuine question or concern.
FYI - all my reviews excluding this one are 5 star ratings for different establishments. He was bad enough to warrant a negative review.

Alley the nurse is absolutely disgusting, booked an appointment a week ago, for a specific day and time that worked, just to go in there and be told that they over booked by 6 and now we have to come back, when we stated that we are unable to come back later, and how we booked ahead of time, we were there and waiting for our appointment. When we said how come we are told we have to leave when no one else was even there for the other appointment, she turned around and stated that ah well if you don’t like it , you can go somewhere else.

We will be definitely be contacting the manager and pursuing this matter further. As the treatment was absolutely disgusting, as we were only asking why we were the ones who had to deal with a mistake that they made on there end.

Will never go back there again!!

I rarely leave reviews or ratings, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience I had. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sanwar Sawdagar while taking my baby for a visit. I initially thought he would be a great doctor, but I was completely wrong. He was extremely impatient and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about my baby's health, which is unacceptable as a parent wanting the best care. His attitude was rude, and he had a terrible temper, making the whole visit stressful and uncomfortable.

Thankfully, there is Dr Fargina Hossain who is also at the clinic is completely the opposite. She is attentive, a great listener, and genuinely kind. She takes the time to answer all my questions and makes me feel heard and reassured.

Doctors are so friends and kind, same with reception and nurse. They really take their times with me. Unfortunately like every other clinic, people get angry over things they can control, ive seen it first hand, they really handle it gracefully.

There is a receptionist here that does nothing but talk to her coworkers and giggle at people when they tell her why they need to see the doctor. I think her name was zara? The doctors are great, but I do not believe that the receptionist is fit for her job, and it makes me, and I'm sure others, uncomfortable

Dr Fargina is a true professional who genuinely cares about their patients. During my visits she takes the time to listen to my concerns and discussed all possible treatment options in a way that was easy to understand.Her compassionate approach and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and well-cared for.
I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr Fargina to anyone in need of medical attention.
