Worst place everytime I’ve come here I’m waiting for 1 hour if not more! No point of bookings cause it means shit

Stay away if you want a doctor on time half your day you’ll spend waiting for your doctor.

It was a mistake that I didn't read the review first before booking.
With my personal experience, this clinic and ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST is the worst, I don't know why she still got the job after so many bad reviews about her, she has done the same, for me I waited for 1 hour and ask the reception about how long is the waiting still and told me Dr is running late another hours not even in the clinic yet, very rude, why ask for booking if you will end up waiting forever also didn't informed us during booking that, because we are new patient they are not going to be able to see us. Made us drive there and wait for nothing. Their costumer service deserve ZERO STAR.

The positive aspect is that they are open late, which is convenient. However, the female receptionist has displayed discriminatory behavior. There have been multiple occasions where I was made to wait significantly longer than others who arrived after me, suggesting that I was intentionally placed at the end of the queue. This pattern of behavior has occurred several times and raises serious concerns about fairness and professionalism.

Best Dr Sam Yassa, n receptionist r very friendly n helpful. U can wait 4a long time after ur appointment, but if u ring up first n ask how far behind ur Dr is, then u can turn up wen desired time is told 2u 2turn up.👍

I had a very disappointing experience . Despite having a scheduled
appointment, I was left waiting for an unreasonable more than 2 hours. My appointment was 5:10 left behind till 7 did not even get the chance see GP.
I hope this clinic can improve its communication and time management in the future.

Really caring and very thorough! Yes, you have to wait but it's worth it! BUT I HAVE TO CHANGE RATING. I HAD BOOKED IN APPOINTMENT AND HAD TO WAIT CLOSE TO 2HRS with people going in before me who came in hours after their appointment!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE AND UNFAIR!!

Doctor Joe was fantastic. Wait time was a little longer than expected but great experience over all. Waiting area is clean and kept well. Would recommend.

St Mary clinic has been around for a long time and same with doctor sam yassa and his wife but taking my grandmother's there the wait is so unexpectable you book and most of the time a hour after your appointment time you get seen. They need to be more on time with there appointment 20-30 mins I understand but a hour they need allocate there timing better or book 2 appointment times if a patient is needing it instead of making others wait so long unnecessarily
