Very terrible service. Extremely unprofessional and unmeasured woman, very bad job, bills for cleans not completed. Have had guests turn up to a dirty house that we already had been billed for. And worst part trying to part ways and Michelle refused to return our keys for our two homes. Police were called before she finally returned our keys. This woman is a liar and a scammer, avoid this business at all costs!

Michelle and the team from One Clean have been extremely reliable, good value and are great cleaners. They have also been helpful in any situation regarding the need to change last minute. I was managing an Airbnb property from Melbourne for a property in Daylesford and I couldn't have done it without them. They provided all linen and cleaning services, with additional options for supply of guest packages (e.g. dishwashing tablets, bin liners and other supplies) making it very easy for me. Their great work meant that I was able to retain superhost from Airbnb for the time they worked with us attesting to their high quality of cleaning. Thanks Michelle and the team for consistent, above and beyond services. Highly recommended.

Our car club engaged One-clean this year to manage the toilet cleaning and toilet paper replenishment during our large annual car show called Picnic at Hanging Rock held 11th Feb 2024. This is a large public family friendly car show which attracts upwards of 2500 show cars and thousands of families plus thousands of spectators. There are 5 public toilet blocks in use at the Hanging Rock reserve during the show. We had a large crowd that puts a lot of pressure on the toilet facilities, the One-clean team of cleaners on-site worked efficiently to keep the facilities available, tidy and stocked and deal with issues as they arose. Our car club will certainly be looking to use them again at future shows .

There was Cobweb still left hanging from the roof, ceiling fan. and there was this old mop they used and it wasn’t even disinfected and the dusting wasn’t cleared or cleaned and it was like they hadn’t cleaned this mop for about 10 years , there was also soap stains left on shower window door and hair left in sink…
