The most accommodating health specialist I ever been to in Sydney. From the reception to the doctor and up to the administration of my daughter’s skin prick testing. Dr. Ali has been very considerate and a master of his trade. Staffs were very professional, polite and warm. A highly recommended medical center for both foreign and local.

UPDATE: I had a 1:15PM appointment and there was a sign on the door to say they will be back at 1:30PM. I received reminders and messages and was even asked to confirm my 1:15PM appointment, which I did. ‍♀️?

Dr. Jasmine is very thorough and knowledgeable with female health issues. The low rating is due to the admin/reception staff, who could all do better. In all my visits here, the interaction with the admin staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are either clueless with what they are doing or give you attitude and then mess up your booking. I received 2 calls to move an appointment I booked in person because they didn't put in the booking correctly. Please choose and train your admin staff better.

No matter who the doctor I am seeing in this medical centre, they never failed to meet the necessary health advise I needed. The doctors here are well trained and very professional. Highly recommended to anyone who doesn't have a regular GP yet. They will not fail you. Dr Edward, Dr Michelle Ly, and Dr Shefali are the doctors I have been regularly seeing and I always get the answers I wanted. The GAP fee I pay for these doctors are nothing compared to the healthcare they provide. To those who refuse to pay GAP fee, I just want to let you know that all the doctors here are worth paying the GAP fee for.

Been going to Myhealth Meadowbank for a number of years and have only had top notch care from the women doctors in this practice. The receptionists are fantastic too and so are the nursing and pathology staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Shefali Mirpuri is treating with patient like numbers. She doesn't understand being sick and having a sick baby and a toddler sick there is possibility of running late at the appointment. She cancelled our appointment because we did not check in on time. We were always on time and there were lots of time that doctors were running late up to 40 minuets. I do not recommend her. My 4 years old son needed to be checked as he had fever and coughing a lot but she canceled our appointment and there were no other doctors available today.

Dr Edward Cao is not a doctor I'd recommend seeing at this practice. He is unhelpful, unknowledgeable and uncaring unlike the other beautiful doctors at this practice - and this is clearly apparent with the amount of available appointments he always has available vs the other fully booked doctors.

I booked in for a simple result review and a request for a referral. I have been having a myriad of health problems and symptoms that no doctor has been able to address so have looked at speaking to other health specialists to help with this. As a part of this, a naturopath requested that I speak with a GP to request some medicare funded bloodwork to being closer to getting to some answers. Dr Cao was cold, rude and dismissive of this request and advised that my last bloodwork done 6 months ago should be suffice to show that my health is normal when my symptoms clearly show that they are not. I raised that I have had levels in my blood fluctuate within a 2-3 month period to flag health abnormalities which was missed by doctors so 6 months is definitely a long time to assume that everything is "normal." He went on to dismiss my comment and my health concerns and did not even ask about them. Instead he told me to look into talking to other specialists instead.

As someone who believes in advocating for one's health, I voiced my concerns again and advised that I would like this to be looked into and listed the bloodwork that the naturopath requested and he basically went through each one and rejected a few tests because he deemed it irrelevant (for the Iodine test request he advised that he would not even know how to review the results so rejected the request - how is this even a plausible reason to reject a request from a specialist due to your own incompetence?).

The reception then called after the appointment to try and take payment and I could not believe he had requested to bill me privately for the appointment even though it was a simple referral request. What should have been a 3 minute conversation got blown out to 9 minutes because of his stubbornness and yet he still requested payment when every other doctor at this practice has always bulk billed for my results and referrals (even up till last week). As he has rejected a few of the test requests I am now having to pay out of pocket for an appointment which was basically useless as I will need to request from another GP the full requested tests so that the specialist will be able to properly review my results.

Save your time and money and book in to see any other doctor other than Dr Cao as they will be able to offer a lot more guidance and support and will be a lot more knowledgeable.

I'm just rating with 1 star because I couldn't put ZERO.
I've got there with my daughter. She was complaining about a deep pain in hers abdomen.
The Dr Michelle Ly treatment was worst ever. She didn't look in our eyes, she hasn't touch on my daughter. Just said she got a kind of virose and prescribed Panadol.
In conclusion. My daughter had a ruptured in hers
appendix. She bled for 6 days or more and I'll pay a fortune with surgery, overnighting, drugs and etc. All this without mentioning the mental health of my daughter cuz of 3 cuts on hers body for all hers life just because Dr Michelle Ly is an incompetent doctor.

It has taken me a long time to find a doctor who I trust and can rely on. Dr Aishwarya Modur is an attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and professional GP and I would highly recommend her. A few (but not all) of the other doctors currently in the practice are also very good.
