I wanted to pass on our sincerest heartfelt gratitude to Kaitlyn for the incredible care, kindness and support that she offered us last night. Chris did a wonderful job cleaning and dressing my husband’s wounds, Anne and another lovely nurse (whose name I forget), were great.
What an amazing team! We are so grateful to the Daylesford Hospital.

Passing on my sincere thanks to the emergency staff on duty 14/4/25 at 12.20pm when I presented with what I feared was a broken ankle after a mishap after just arriving in Daylesford for a short stay. Fortunately after examination and X-ray only a very bad sprain was revealed. Although this impacted my stay in Daylesford, the attention and treatment I received at the hospital was excellent and very caring

Thanks to Linda and Emma for their prompt and professional help when I appeared at emergency at midnight. The hospital is a wonderful asset to this town and has been since 1863, the nurses and doctors continue this tradition.

My experience in the Emergency Dept was exceptional. I could not fault Sam (nurse) & staff on their professionalism and kindness. Their expertise & consideration was commended by not only the ambulance crew but also the receiving hospital. The 5 star rating is well deserved to Sam and all the nurses involved.

Was in a lot of pain and feeling unwell. On arrival was seen by nurse and doctor who did everything they could to help me. When I required to be transported to Ballarat Base they were very kind and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Highly recommend
