I do not recommend Dr Nawinda Utthanaphol. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

She was 30 minutes late to the appointment and rushed through the consultation without taking the time to provide proper care or consideration. When I asked questions about the antibiotics prescribed and their dosage, I was met with an eye roll and the comment “oh god,” which made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable.

As a general practitioner, it is her responsibility to clearly explain medications to patients. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, nor that I received the standard of care expected—especially from a paid, billable service.

If you’re seeking a doctor who is thorough, respectful, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Dr Vu Dang & will not be going back there. I have read the reviews after my appointment & my experience, in the posts it says that the practice belongs to him, based on my experience with him l think he had to open his own practice just to keep a job, l don’t see any practice keeping a Dr that gets as much bad reviews as he does.
It’s not hard to be nice & engage with patients, after all isn’t that what they are doing for you? I am positive that people walk into your office & are polite as they describe their issues, why on earth do you in return treat them like they are nothing but a burden & a waste of your time.
Well, now you can add another person to the list who are happy to not see you again & write a negative review.
If you choose to visit this practice, go with another doctor & avoid Dr Vu Dang.

Dr Dang has been looking after our family for more than ten years from my parents to my child, he is very direct, ask the right questions, make an appropriate diagnosis and send you off to recover. As a healthcare worker myself, it is rarely I come across a GP who is so knowledgeable, experienced and always act in patient's best interests.

Un-educated receptionist (female one who worked on Friday 22 March) I waited for 1 hour, when I talked to the other guy to ask when will be my turn, she jumped in and told, doctors were late, and everyone have to wait without saying sorry. She also told that I have been here and I should know and accept that I must wait without asking"

Alright let’s set something straight. Dr. Dang is direct. That does not mean rude. All these other reviewers must have had bubble wrap around their head their whole life. He calls it for what it is, no nonsense, and is an amazing medical practitioner. He’s looked after me and my family for years and we are all lucky for it. Don’t listen to these folks. If you want a straight to the point doc, he’s your man.

I couldn’t believed what I experienced today with Dr Nawinda. I had both back pain and many other health issues that I need to see the doctor for . But she only quickly address my back pain and stopped me from asking her my other health issues! When I about to ask her my other problem she said No she only address 1 issue at a time! What kind of doctor is this? She left the patient untreated! Very disappointed.
Don’t waste your time seeing her!
All she care is money!

Dr Vu Dang is a very good doctor. 3 days ago it was my first time seeing Dr Vu Dang, I was feeling quite sick and I didn’t know why I was having continuous high fevers. He was able to identify my condition and gave me the correct medicine to cure my symptoms. He also made the effort to call me after hours to follow up on my condition.
I highly recommend Dr Vu Dang to anyone attending Western Family Practice.
