I’m an owner occupier and called and emailed BCSG numerous times about a leak into my apartment because neighbor hasn’t maintained her balcony, (tiles have lifted up and the whole thing needs waterproofing) Now I have water ingress and holes in the ceiling. Neighbors apartment is empty and has been for 2 1/2 years. I’ve had NO RESPONSE and Property Manager lies and said she will assist…has been fobbing me off for months. The cold-heartedness is unsettling, particularly after explaining that the issue is causing me mental distress. And still no response. No empathy. It’s becoming harder each day to live in my apartment and I can’t rent it out. If if thought that it would help cc’ing the General Manager in on my emails to the Property Manager, I would do it. If I thought that refusing to pay my fees might push them into action, I would do it. BSCG, if you are reading this, tell me what I can do. I pay you $4000 + each year and you cannot even respond to me? I demand better.

Extremely uncooperative and unprofessional, they do not reply to emails or phone calls. AVOID. Extremely frustrating company to deal with, I was on the committee of a building that had these guys as our strata managers and found them very stressful to deal with.

Bunch of criminals. Am seeking legal support to resolve issues after months of being hand-balled to different managers. These guys need to be shut down. Can’t be legal the way they run this dodgy business. Avoid at all costs.

Need to appoint a new OC company to undertake management. BCSG has an extremely poor OS based answering service so it's impossible to speak to someone local and obtain information. This would have to be one the worst OC companies I've ever dealt with. They can't expect invoices to be paid if information /enquiries about the invoice are unobtainable.

Useless bunch. We were sent legal letters to pay invoices we had already paid. Phones always diverted to call centre. They make promises they don't keep. Very difficult to get straight answers out of them. I've had to walk into their offices to get a response.... absolutely unprofessional and unethical. Truly indicative of people being paid, but not doing their job, then hiding behind call centre.

Don’t recommend. So hard to get in contact with. I probably only call them once or twice a year and every time I do it I think why is this so difficult. I can never speak to anyone in Australia. Every time you call you speak to someone in the Phillipines and all they can do is take a message. Then if you happen to miss the call of the Australian (Melbourne based) person calling you back you have to go through the whole thing again and it takes days for a simple request. Each time it happens I think I’m going to change body corporates and writing this review is my first step!

I have the unfortunate experience of being forced to use these people to managed my property. They're completely incompetent. Will not respond to my many emails. Lie to your face, and increase fees over 200% in 3 years and then send you threatening legal letters when you dispute them. Avoid these people at all costs. They are criminals

The WORST property managers in Australia without a doubt! If you are looking to invest in a property managed by this organisation do not proceed with the purchase.
The only thing they will do is take your money. Want an email replied to? No. How about a phone call returned? No again.
For all the tens of thousands I have paid in recent years I get to live in a property where the fences are falling down, and the awnings are rotting. The building is cracking inside and out.
Avoid at all costs!
