The place is gorgeous and looks more like a hotel and less like an aged care facility however my grandma’s health issues have become far worse due to them skimping with vegetables in the meals they are provided. If they aren’t provided adequate nutrition they can’t take advantage of the lovely facilities around them. I worry she will be deteriorating faster while living here and all because they aren’t providing quality food. It also seems understaffed.

Great grandmas clothes go missing often, her belongings are often being used by other residents because staff don't handle their belongings well, place smells like urine, the employees don’t have good communication with the residents, the workers there always are lazy when it comes to putting clothes away and just throw them in the the cupboard. My poor grandma and mum have to go there and have to reorganize her belongings and clothes for her. Its disappointing and It’s not good enough. Not to mention that the bird there named “Johnny” is playing irrelevant and inappropriate games such as grand theft auto. Do the residents there even know what that is?

Well what can I say ….DISAPPOINTED . From the moment I walked inside I felt let down …the staff attending to my 87 year old BLIND (as of only a few months) BEAUTIFUL FATHER was basically left to his own devices. Each day when I was there the conduct of staff was so below ANY STANDARD. .. one supposedly nurse even picked up a tablet off the floor for my father to swallow .. the toilet bowl had faeces left on seat so long it took me multiple attempts ro remove . The ac had not been turned on on another occasion when I found my father very uncomfortable due to the heat sitting in his char . I walked inside thinking the heating was on to high .. I wondered just how long had he NOT BEEN CHECKED ON .
I lit makes total sense looking back that the inside would be just as neglected as the outside .. in the two months I visited my dad which was almost daily I not once noticed the garden watered nor any attention given .. on one occasion I noticed two rose trees had fallen over as they were too heavy and needed large stakes .. I found various rubbish items on ground and made a tie to then stand them up .. both were at the immediate entrance point and were visible to elEVERY PERSON ENTERING AND EXITONG .. pull your socks up embracia .. the elderly are the people we need to give every bit of love and care to as they are the reasons we are living in such a great land called Australia .. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PPACE NOT EVER

The most amazing aged care residence you could hope to place your parents. The staff are exceptionally professional and so friendly that my parents think of them as family. The place is just beautiful like a five star hotel and the food is also good. We were very lucky to find this place

Terrible, facility is under staff and there is a lack of activities and socialisation. There have been many times 1 staff looking after 10+ patients in the HIGH level ward. You’ll find the patients drugged up more to be able to control it. Both my grandparents were there, in different wards and there is LOW level of care. The place is only in it for the money and business. Feel sorry for the staff working there. It’s all about cutting cost and making more money. Don’t send your love ones there.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Same goes for this nursing home. Looks good on the outside but rotten on the inside. My grandmother was here on respite. The lack of staff impacted her care. I’m glad we tried respite care first as we would not leave her here permanently. Our best decision was bringing her out.

Not keen on their cleanliness of facilities. Short on staff for the amount of residents in aged care. May have issues with the bathroom drainage as rooms we were shown smelt really awful. This was second time going to look at this facility.

Enbracia is clean and the staff are fantastic, my mother was there 3 years ago and now another relative has taken up residence. It has all the facilities you may require and the Italian tv station RAI is also available.
