I have been a patient of Dr Nisha's since late 2021. She is kind, empathetic, a good listener, asks the right questions, doesn't rush you, but above all, genuinely cares. I have had a few doctors (including family doctors) over the years, but Dr Nisha's thorough review and ability to communicate the diagnosis to patients makes the 30min journey to see her always worth it. She is truly special. My husband and I always leave the practice commending her knowledge and professionalism. Equally, I have not had any issues with the receptionist team. The ladies are always friendly.

Doctors are nice but the they really need to sort out the professionalism of their receptionists. Unfriendly and refused to look up from their phone as we waited to ask a question.

Would not recommend based solely on how uncomfortable it is dealing with their first point of contact staff.

Dr Edwin Tan has been my doctor for 4 years. He is thorough in finding a diagnosis, working with me on medications as I have reactions to some and following up while I am recovering.

I tried a few doctors around Concord before finding this Practice. These previous medical practices & doctors cared more about the chargers, barely remembering my name and tried to push scripts on me before investigating my illness. I felt like I was being processed as a number and neglected as a patient.

I'm thankful I found the Mortlake clinic. Dr Edwin puts the old fashion care but into being a GP, (which is so hard to find) the practice from the Pathology lady to the receptionist team put the care back into the medical system. They care more about the patients then the charges.

Such a great practice with caring doctors. Dr Nisha is always so lovely and genuinely caring. Dr Edwin and Dr David have looked after both my daughters with extreme care as well. 5 Stars.

Dr David is an exceptional doctor who always makes me feel like I am getting proper care. He is always very thorough and likes to make sure we revisit any past issues at every appointment to make sure they are all ok as well. I have moved out of the area but still always travel an hour to see Dr David because he is the best doctor I have found in this country.

If I visited any medical centre in any country in this world even in Africa or any third world county,, and tell them I have kid with 39.6 temperature u will be get helped immediately from the receptionist before the Dr ,,, but in this useless medical centre will say o we will close in 30 minutes sorry such an stupid answer ,,, some one tell me how I can complain officially try to close them down

I had a great experience here, the receptionist was very helpful and even called me back to make sure I understood the fees schedule before I attended the appointment so there were no unpleasant surprises. Dr Edwin Tan was running on time and was very helpful, he conducted a thorough assessment and a good treatment plan. I would definitely recommend coming here 🙂

Dr. Jeremy is very awesome and friendly. He takes my problems seriously and try to find any possible solution for my problems. My second appointment with him through phone call was very good with clear explanation of everything. Did a very good job. And the staff also nice, I can feel they're smiling while talking to me through phone. What a great team. Double thumbs up.
