Please everyone. Do not put your loved ones in this death pit.my mum died b4 her time. She was 76. Constantly laying in her own poo and urine. Had a fall. They said she was ok and put her back to bed. I had to go there everyday and change her sheets and shower her while staff were dancing in the nurses station wen I showered her. Her knee was fully dislocated. Her knee was on the side of her leg and she was in so much pain.she also had a gash on her head with dried up blood. No staff cared.. no wound care done. No doctor. They constantly gave her someone else's medication. Would hand me the sheets to change her bed. While they talked about there wkend. They denied her water. Said she would choke. Yet when I gave her water. She drank 2 full glasses. My mum died shortly after. They closed the door. Didn't want to deal with it....she died of organ failure due to malnutrition. There is no care in this home at all. She was 26 kilos wen she passed. Discuting.!!!!!

THIS HOME IS SO NEGLECTFUL !!! Very poor and neglectful treatment. Patient developed bed sores for not being moved enough. Was given solid food when doctor had him on a liquid died. No staff around to feed him. If there was he wasn’t sat up and developed a bad chest infection from lying flat when needed to be upright. When he wanted a haircut they just shaved his head which he found humiliating as he just wanted a little cut. When needed pain medication he had to wait 4 hours for it. Staff are usually not around and when they are they’re under trained and have no idea on how to even test the urine for a simple UTI. Patient went days with an undetected urine infection and in so much pain. I had to give 1 star but really it’s a minus 5 rating. Stay away from here

RUN! Would NOT recommendIf I could put 0 I would! Take everything they say the stand for they are the opposite.
If you love the person then DONT place them here!!
I went through in detail what was needed before accepting the bed I said we will take the bed with a couple conditions all ok was all ok no problems. Mum was transferred there wasn’t good from the start but though give it a couple weeks to settle in never changed only the bullying and harassment got worse from management and staff. No Dr came to see her, physio came to do a plan but staff can’t/ don’t want to do it so stays in bed.
The food is awful not healthy like tin spaghetti dried cardboard tasting meat. Doesn’t get a basic wash, teeth brushed, hair brushed or washed daily not even weekly/ monthly!!! Let alone if your loved one has the wear a pad then they will be sitting in a soiled pad for anywhere between 6-12hours while they wait for staff to change them.
The don’t listen just walk out don’t have any time for anyone but themselves cause you will find them in the corner having a catch up.
Meant to be able to relax and while your loved one it being taken care of but not here!!! I have spent all my time taking food in, and doing some basic hygiene. When asked a question they just lie had staff come in and press the call bell off and walk out without helping. Strangers just wonder into my mums room. Can’t believe we are paying for my mum to be degraded, harassed and bullied from management and staff!!! So angry!!
Also mum was never given a contract when she entered the facility until about 6 weeks in they left is in her room and now trying to force her to sign it There is still much more!! I should have NEVER put my mum in this place so much more unnecessary hassle and stress for myself and the mental games they are playing with her.

Watched a staff member today sit and stare at her phone for almost 30mins while patients went unattended to. One poor lady was walking around using a chair as a walker while staff did nothing. Lunch was late by 25mins as well. Pretty disappointing "care" being provided

The catheter was taken out of our grandpa on Xmas day. Cause he couldn't urinate. Was not monitored by nurses at all for one and a half weeks. Until he had abdominal pain sent to hospital. Infection went through his whole body. He died yesterday. Neglected is an understatement . Reported regis to authorities so it doesn't happen to someone else. Only send people here if you want them to die. Would have givin 0 stars if I could of

Our Dad started in Respite and is now a Permanent Resident. He is having so much fun, busy doing activities during the week, making friends and interacting with other Residents. He's definitely enjoying the food and the morning, afternoon tea and supper.
He is being so well looked after and we are so grateful to everyone at Regis Playford for making Dad feel so welcome and included in everything 😁

Slightly poor handling of my fathers passing. Would call me if he had a "fall" out of his bed, but neglected to call when his breathing was strange the night he passed. Not to mention calling me saying he had passed when they could not legally confirm this due to no doctor being present or available until mid morning (father passed at 4am.....)
