Being trying to ring Estia i don’t live in Adelaide mother in law had ambulance go to her at Estia trying to ring 7 times now keeps saying mail box full so I have got in

Sharing my review of This nursing home, Estia Health Craigmore. During these trying times, the staff and administration has gone above and beyond to help and care for my Dearest Parents. My mother has a beautiful room near the bird aviary and recently my father was able to get a lovely room in the same section just a few doors from each other. Apart from a few minor food issues their now living arrangement is happy and caring. Thanks to all. Stay safe and well.

The staff at Estia are so supportive and take good care of my Dad, and Mum before her passing. It has been a difficult time but it helps ease my mind knowing Dad is being looked after by caring, compassionate people. I would recommend Estia Craigmore to anyone looking for a lovely environment for their loved one.

One of the better kept nursing homes with a reasonable amount of activities for those who are able to join in, but staff shortage is an issue for those needing more attention. Food is tasty but often comes nearly cold(also sadly due to lack of staff). Rooms are a good size and decor good. Upgrades to the home have been wonderful, especially with the addition of the new bird Avery and a visitors lounge area. Lovely little gardens most with seating to get some fresh air. Most issues are addressed with caring and promptly. All in all one of the better home for our loved ones.

My grandmother was at the craigmore site for nearly 4.5 years. We can not fault the service she received. The staff acted to the highest level at all times. Often going above and beyond ensure we were up to date.

Mum has had both her eternity and worse her wedding band removed from her hand overnight on 2 different occasions by a staff member. Cant say im overly impressed.

Claim they can manage residents suffering from Alzehimers however when it came to my father and the issues chatactistic of this disease rather than try and put strategies in place to help (like they said they would) they took the easy option, sent him back to hospital and discharged him from the nursing home.
Don't be fooled by the looks because the care is second rate.
