Dr. Hany Gergis: AVOID AT ALL COST. I've been going to this practice for over a year. It doesn't matter what you say or how tired you feel, this practitioner will not give you a 3-day certificate. Even if you asked, he will tell you to come back again and again to make the most money out of you. Also on another occasion, he told me it's ok to stop a med that I was taking at the time, and I ended up in the Auburn Hospital Emergemcy Department due to the life-threatening side effects. The ED doctor said the med wasn't supposed to stop suddenly. If you value your life and health, see another doctor or Dr Medhat El-Wahsh instead who is a real doctor. It's just really hard to book him tho because locals know he's good..
The services from this practice are also not that great, I guess you get what you paid for. I gave a go many times with this place over a year because it was free for Medicare holders, but time and time again, this practice proves my point - hopeless. I'm never coming back from now on, I recommend you to think twice..

Do not ever see Dr Hany Gergis - he is the worst doctor i have ever seen. I have had 4-5 appointments with him and he has been no earlier than 30 minutes late to each one no apology. My last appointment he told me I needed a certain vaccination. I went and purchased this for $70 and when I went in to see another doctor they informed me I didnt need it and that I desperately required another one. I made another appointment with dr hany gergis and he told me “oh i made mistake” and “i didnt check your record”. So now i am $70 out of pocket due to his lack of duty of care and his “mistake”. He also failed to reimburse me for his mistake or offer any solutions despite admitting fault. He doesnt deserve to be a doctor and hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Thanks to Dr Medhat El-Wahsh, definitely recommended if you're looking for GP.
We're using Bupa health insurance and the claim for GP fee is not 100% claimable, but still good. We're like paying Aud 22 per visit out of pocket expenses. If you have medicare, as the time of our visit, its bulk billing.

The older receptionist here is so rude. She was passive aggressive with me on arrival. I only asked her whether they still bulk billed and if there was a nearby bathroom and she acted like I was a real nuisance. The doctor I saw, Dr Hany was also condescending but ultimately I got what I was there for. I won’t be back when they introduce a gap payment as there are better options.

Dr Hany Lotfy Kelaid Gergis is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to.

I have been on and off unwell for the last couple of months to the point I have been in agony the last couple of days, he completely disregarded my concerns, was too lazy to actually analyse me, and rushed me out of there. No medication, which is why I was there and what I asked for.

Don’t visit him.

Doctor Hany is not real doctor with his helpful mind.
My baby is 2 months 2 weeks need guarantors for passport. Before he said to me bring for his signature. Then when we come with baby for all prepared documents, he refused because he said he just knew my baby only 2 weeks, he said he must knew my son over 12 months. How can when my son only 2 months & 2 weeks. Even my son is the patient there and he is my son's GP. He so much un- willing doctor, even we just move here and have no relative for guarantor. Doctor job must support.
Never booked him in my life anymore! That why so many bad review 1 star for him.
I wonder it is the doctor in Australia? so much disappointed about his manner!

The good side is this is a bulked bill clinic.

The reality is that their GPs are extremely rushing every time. They were not patient to listen to your needs at all. All they want is to get rid of you quickly and want you to make more appointments.

I received a tele consultation today and asked the GP to fax my care plan and my blood test results to my email. However, it is not readable and only show partial information (not placed correctly when they were scanning). To the point I feel they are not really care about the quality of their job. I called the receptionist and provided feedback and asked her politely if she could resend me another one? She replied :’ this is the best I can!’ and hung up on me while I was still on the phone.

There was no apology and not willing to do something else to fix the problem. Seriously?
