The service was excellent. From the first phone call to enquire, to the appointment and the follow up call regarding the results, Rhonda was helpful, professional and friendly. The radiologist Malcolm was friendly and professional. To be able to have a CT scan with results within an hour on a Sunday, is fantastic, done with a smile amazing!

David was amazing during our 20-week pregnancy scan today. He was incredibly gentle, always conscious of my comfort and explained what he was doing throughout the scan. We had completed our earlier scans elsewhere and found them very rushed and not as caring. The two ladies at reception were also kind and helpful, and we appreciate them directing us to the Patient Portal where we can view our images. We wish we’d come to Lumus for all our scans!

Came in for a CT scan. Basically walked in off of the street with my referral from 2 hours earlier. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Polite and friendly staff, with the added bonus of bulk billing.

They should hire more educated people so they know how to talk politely with manners or alternately they can be provided customer service training/ behavioural training. I understand for receptionist position education is really not necessary but strong communication skills and etiquettes are must. I hope you train your receptionist well

Reception was kind and respectful. X-ray was taken quickly. However the male worker who takes the x-rays, while clearly skilled in his job, can be rather rude and defensive, particularly when asked to be more gentle with an injured limb. It may be worthwhile to coach him on how to better respond when someone tells him he is being too rough. This is not the first time he has been abrupt with me, so it is an ongoing pattern.

The x-ray itself was taken well. But there are better ways to speak to an injured person than to get defensive and take it personally when they say you are hurting them.

Modbury was closed so I had a choice of Elizabeth or Norwood for a CT scan. Both about the same distance so I went to Elizabeth. The receptionist lady was very friendly and also told me there’s 4 in front of me but I won’t take long. I thought yea right, anyway she was right I wasn’t waiting long. The gentleman who did my CT scan was very happy and friendly. The friendliest and efficient medical site I have ever attended.

Fantastic service and pricing. Just get there a little early to find a park if you are driving. We need more of these practices
