Dr Paul is the most caring thoughtful thorough doctor I have ever seen. He has been my families doctor for many years and now he sees myself my partner and my kids and I could never fault him in anyway. He always goes above and beyond for us all and will get to the bottom of every problem we have seen him for. I highly recommend this amazing man to anyone who needs to see a decent doctor can’t thank him enough for how much he’s helped my family ❤️

Can't tell you what the care quality is like because I couldn't get past the ridiculous wait time. Having patients waiting over an hour past appointment time is unreasonable, and you're only half way through the day.
I don't think I was unreasonable walking out after an hour.

I usually see Dr Anita Charleson and she is a great doctor but as she has limited time at the clinic I needed to see someone quickly and that was Dr Paul. Initially all went well but I needed to book a phone consult with the clinic and Dr Paul to go over some x-ray results.
This was booked for 11.10am today from two days ago. At 11.40am I rang to see what's happening and told he has one more patient then he will ring you within 20 minutes.
Well I rang again over an hour later to be told he is busy and they will leave him a note. Well now its 2 hours past my booked time and still nothing but I bet he is seeing people.
Why make the effort or allow phone consults when you dont stick to them. I understand you can get busy but more than 2 hours later and nothing but crickets..... not the type of Customer Service Id expect.
Maybe I should bill you for my time wasted

The doctors are excellent and very caring. They listen to concerns and get results on their referrals. I have to say they need more doctors to see everyone as they are very busy and it's hard to get appointments. Thank you Dr Charleson and Dr Paul.

After 15+ years we have left this surgery, October this year, our new clinic sent through a request for a medical summary for my wife, 6 weeks later my wife called them and was told they haven’t received it, it was sent again the excuse was our computer’s are broken. Ring today as it’s nearly been 3 months and told we won’t get to it till next year because the practice manager only comes in once a fortnight. Too bad if it was urgent. Seriously if you are unwell with chronic health issues there is no Dr there that will treat you professionally and will tell you in Dr Paul’s own words “I can’t help you” don’t bother making an apt, stay clear.

The nurse and receptionists were super nice and welcoming however Dr Paul was not only and hour late but also incredibly rude did not care for anything I had to say and seemed like he just wanted to rush me out.. honestly the worst doctor I've ever dealt with and I shouldn't be surprised as many others I know that have seen him have felt the same way. Will go elsewhere or see a different doctor next time. 🙂

Just rang up to request an appointment with Dr Charleson however they could not get me a phone consult until the 28th March. Today is the 6th March. I have unfortunately ran out of my medication and need a new script (didn’t realise I ran out of my repeats). I asked if I could be squeezed in for a quick phone consult so I can be sent an e-script, to which I was flat out told no. I said that it’s a bit ridiculous that I can’t get a phone consult until the 28th so I will be trying elsewhere because I need my medication (can’t stop taking abruptly). The receptionist turned around and angrily told me that I should not have ran out of my medication and script and should not wait until the last minute to try and get in for a phone consult. Yes, I should have been more mindful and aware of how many repeats I had left…but everyone makes mistakes. This lady was so completely rude and unhelpful. Maybe you shouldn’t be working in healthcare if you don’t care about people’s health.

Dr Paul, introduced himself to my partner and not me. He was very rude and from what I can tell has no social skills. After I left he sent me a prescription for something he said he couldn't prescribe me when I walked out. I felt very uncomfortable.
