I had a terrible experience with Dr Nicola Walsh and the reception team. I have been attending this practice for over 5 years and have not experienced such rudeness and disregard as I did in my last visit. Dr Nicola was cold and unapproachable. When I asked about potential options to help my concerns, she constantly rolled her eyes and would advise “that’s not how we would do it in the UK”. Each time she asked me a question and I answered, she would shut me down. For example - she asked what my sleep is like, and I advised I sleep all the time due to my low iron. She abruptly told me “you are giving me too much information, I did not ask about your iron I asked about your sleep” and proceeded to tell me that I am confusing her. My visit length was cut short and I received no answers. I asked about dosage for a drug I have been taking, which is all in my records, and she said she cannot assist as she doesn’t know me. I left with no answers, a short visit, and a payment for 10 minutes of feeling like a child. After waiting weeks to get this appointment, I felt defeated. As I left, she must’ve known that I wasn’t happy as she stopped me at the doorway and said “I don’t want you to think that I have dismissed you. I just don’t know you” I then went to the reception desk and they were blatantly ignoring me while they were talking about what their plans were for after work. I had to keep interrupting their conversation while I was trying to process payment. Then I see the doctor that I had quickly leave the clinic. It was obvious that I was just a number that day, and has left me felt defeated. Now I truly understand why people don’t seek medical assistance.

Dr Walsh was really amazing! She took her time to listen, asked questions to understand better and even gave suggestions to think about before the next check up so we are making informed decisions! You can tell she cares about her patients well being 😊

So happy that they were accepting new patients, as my doctor (at another clinic) had just retired. Online booking was easy, receptionists were friendly, the doctor was on time and very helpful

Came in for a boil under the arm after suffering the same 3 times in a row in the past to be given the run around by Drs who did not want to look at or even go near the boil. The Dr here cared. He properly physically examine me, lanced, swabbed for testing and drained the boil, answering all my questions putting me at ease. Nurse was great too, good sense of humour and beside manner. Will go out of my way too come back here when I need a proper physical examination. My local Dr surgery can stick to what it does best, sighn scripts with little interest!

Wait time was minimal and staff very friendly. The Doctor took time to explain things and offer alternative medication. This is going to be my GP surgery from now on. Thank you Elizabeth Family Health Care

It was fine, but we waited a few minutes. Also, my baby needed his vaccine, but the nursery was not there, and we had to reprogram the appointment.
