This place always make us wait over 30 minutes for every appointment. Doesn't matter if you arrive early, late, or even booked in for the first appointment of the day at opening hours, you still need to sit and wait for 30 minutes minimum.

GP today was in a rush, told me I am only allowed to ask 2 medical questions. Fine, perhaps I have to ask my 3rd question with another appointment? Guess what, she still charged me for gap fee, for a 10 minute consultation.

Also, don't bother about filling up the private form they send on SMS before your appointment. I spent time filling it in, hoping that it could help the doctor with diagnosis. But she did not bother reading it anyway, and limit me to asking "ONLY 2 QUESTION PER PATIENT". Very disappointed with these greedy doctors, focusing on profits than actually helping people.

Time wasters. They double book appointment slots to maximise profit and minimise care.

You’ll spend ages filling all their forms and waiting for your appointment.
I lost my lunch break waiting for a doctor that didn’t show.

Easily 5* for the attentive care from Dr. Jane ?

Being hospitalised since last December and now having to go through immunotherapy treatment. I can't stressed how supportive the team at OHMC had been over the last ten months. Today was bittersweet because this would be my last appointment with the team before I leave Sydney.

Would highly recommend anyone to go in the area ? They still bulk bill as much as they can and the clinic is super clean and nice.

Negative experience. I have been there for twice and gonna go for last time just to get my result.
I saw some reviews from internet and I learned that we need to pay gap fees from July. I was 'surprised' at first and then I accepted.
Other thing is I need to have other appointment to get my result, it's not convenient for me compared other medical center.I got result from other medical center without new appointment in last year. Yes,each medical center has their own policies.I will Never ever go back there anymore.
Don't recommend this medical center even if it's at rhodes central.

Having a blood test and I tried to come early to get it done before work. Start at 8:30am but at 9am got a message from the reception that she will be in at 9:30am due to traffic.
If she is late, that’s fine. But she needs to inform at least at 8:30am so people will not have to wait. Other people’s time is precious, shouldnt she have work ethic as a person who works in medical field?

I have booked my iron infusion 2wks ago for a Sat.schedule, then they cancelled last wk due to doctor's change of schedule and moved me to the next Sat. and now calling me saying they don't do iron infusion on weekends..... What do you think? How reliable is this Centre?
