Beautiful Soul DR Stephen Burns, is always Kind, nice, polite and he listens and understands my mental health crisis, he is a wonderful person to talk to, I have been seeing him for years and years.
I know how hard you work, and you would never miss a day at work,
Your dedicated to your Job as DR, and would prefer to work, than take a holiday.
DR Burns is a family man, so he can understand, even if you don't yourself have much of a family.
The Main South Surgery has become part of my new family.
with love, care, and kindness, he exceeds the expectations of the medical world, and is truly making a difference serving the most difficult, and providing therapy and referral, from suicide, depression, PTSD, Personality disorders, as well as treating physical and emotional pain, and making referrals to specialists etc., he is a Life Saver , Saving lives, and is reliable and on time usually. He does his Job properly, and is well trained and updated to 2025. and is always updating his knowledge on health. he has a real interest in helping peoples health.
I also travel 70km to see him, and 70km back that's 140km, as no one else can be my Dr like he can.
the Clinic, is small and unpacked, and they good for people with Social anxiety as, any other clinic would not have the services, to help you have a room by yourself while waiting. It feels comfortable I wont catch covid, when there aren't to many people and only around 12 chairs in total, I feel overwhelmed when I go to a big clinic, and have a panic attack and want to sit in a private room, as everyone stares at everyone, and it makes me feel uncomfortable, so I feel very comfortable sitting there waiting, chatting to the lovely office Ladies, and 9/10 I'm the only person in the waiting room. as its all well planned. And always kept on time, he doesn't have a back log of coughing people hanging around the waiting area, causing flu anxiety.
What a wonderful man, God bless the surgery in Jesus Mighty name Amen.
you don't have to have Patience to be Dr Burns Patient, but there might be a bit of a popularity wait of a few days to see him.
as he is the only good DR, in the Southern area, he is very Popular, and his client lists are filling fast.
He seems to make the time, even though he misses his lunch break to attend to every Patient.
I am so proud of DR Stephen Burns achievements in the medical world and as a Family and a family dr, who also specializes in people without very good families.
What a wonderful man for improving my life, Thankyou so much for your Contribution to making everyone no matter what race color, gender, disability etc. , he does not Judge a book, by its cover, very unjudgmental and easy going, easy to talk to, feel very welcome in the Surgery.
The reception staff are lovely, they are always kind and polite, and arrange my telehealth and visits to surgery, they can also be good for a conversation about how you are feeling, thankyou so much DR STEPHEN BURNS - no 1-caring, GP DR in Australia.
It took me so long to find the right DR, that now I have found him, I dont want to loose him, or see anyone else.
Even though its hard for me to maintain friendships, relationships, I dont have to try with DR Burns. he makes everything so comfortable and easy and he speaks in English, and cares about every patient, I was so lucky to be referred by a friend to his service, as I would of never of found a Dr as Good ever again, and I am also so happy he is young, as he will grow old at the same time as me, so I wont have have to worry about him retiring on me. As I think he's the same age as me, or younger, Once you have seen him once, you will feel that , that's a Dr you would be very scared to loose. As it would be very scary to find another Dr, as they would not be able to match his dedicated services, and professional, personalized kind care.

I'm a new patient. I feel that I was lucky to be accepted into this clinic as I discovered that many do not take on new patients. Efficient front office staff. A pretty quiet waiting area.
Dr Steven Burns was highly professional and seemed genuinely interested in my well being and past medical experiences and history. He spent perhaps 20 minutes patiently asking questions and answering mine, then did some follow-up tests and checks.
In all honesty I was blown away by his kind manner and professionalism.

They are true professionals. They actually care about there patients which is rare these days. I see Robyn who is excellent but I needed an appointment asap and saw Mr Burns I was very happy with him even called to let me know what was going on with results highly recommended this surgery 10/10 the reception staff so helpful and accommodating.

Wow what a great experience from Jo answering the phone efficiently and being so helpful. I am a new patient to the clinic and Jo tried so hard to get an appointment for me when the day in question was booked out. She actually performed a miracle after calling me a few times to tell me what was going on and eventually getting me an appointment with Dr. Steven Burns. Dr. Burns was very thorough and extremely professional. Thank you so much.

I recently needed a new doctor for my mother and father who had to go in to a nursing home, I had a lot of trouble with this until I rang The Main South Surgery, they were extremely helpful and have been with everything I have needed when doing paperwork etc for my parents. The staff are always extremely helpful. Thank you so much for making a difficult time so much easier.
