Being an interstate visitor might have been problematic, I thought. From making my booking yesterday through to the interaction with the front desk and medical people today was fantastic.
Very professional, compassionate and importantly managed to clean out my heavily waxed up ears.
The doctor was constantly ensuring that I wasn’t experiencing pain and kept me informed of each incremental success.
I would happily come here as a regular patient if I was local.

Positive and informative experience for us and our young daughter who was being examined. Really helpful in getting us a last minute appointment and ran on time. Only reason it has 4 stars is the address on Google is wrong and as new comers to the area we had trouble locating the new surgery.

A friendly welcome by receptionist.
It was my first visit there and Doctor Juliette Roex also experienced in whole plant base diet was exactly what i was seeking. A friendly natured person. She took the time and effort in addressing my health concerns.
I travel 30 km to see her and can only recommend her and the service that is provided.

I’d like to thank the staff for looking after me! We were travelling so very happy to be given an appointment so quickly! The new receptionist was extremely friendly, the nurse was very professional and the doctor thorough and efficient!
