My husband spent almost 2 years trying CPAP machines and masks - terrible!
He just couldn’t cope with any of them - one of the problems ( well really all the problems) were total lack of education - he needed a lot of encouragement and careful explanation - in layman’s terms..
His Sleep Apnea Specialist referred him to SA CPAP into the hands of Liam and
Trudy - perfect - his/our knowledge increased and he started to sleep through the night - it’s been 4-5 months now and it’s 5 stars all round - fabulous help changed everything

I rang regarding an issue I was having with my machine and mask, the lady who answered was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me resolving the issue without any cost.

I will return as a customer next time I need to purchase equipment.

SA CPAP are easily the best CPAP Service in SA.
Unlike a lot of other services, they follow the guidelines of supply as listed by the Australian Sleep Association, they also spend the time with you setting up your machine, explaining and showing you everything you need to know and always willing to help if you have a question or query. When you have an appointment with them it's easy to see that they genuinely care about your health and their knowledge in this area is unmatched. I would not be getting the sleep I am now if my Doctor did not recommend SA CPAP Services to me, I am grateful every day for the service Liam, Helena and their team provide to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service!

Really great service. Have been going here for over a decade and always found the advice and reviews helpful. Extra points for them fitting me in at the last minute when my own CPAP died unexpectedly, hooking me up with a loaner and doing a review on how effective the treatment is.

Be careful to read any contract that they ask you to sign regardless of what is said verbally. Even if you are not comfortable with proceeding with CPAP you will be asked to pay for equipment that you have no need for. They also use full recommended retail prices which are nearly double what is available on the Web. A very expensive lesson for a retiree.

Ultramatic Beds at Medindie Gardens has masks (full sets) for $169. They also sell the machines and when I took my friend there they were very helpful and actually measured her nose fitting.
An older female staff member at the reception area of sa cpap services was berating my friend who was in there with her young son. She threatened my friend with having her driver's licence taken away even though she was wearing her mask for at least 8 hours a night. Final straw for me was this woman asking my friend if she was stupid. The woman who worked there was arrogant rude and condescending. I've waited just over a week to see if my friend would leave a negative review but she didn't. Well I'm not so nice, and was very upset to see someone I care for treated in such an appalling manner. The staff member also repeatedly insisted that you won't find a mask for under $300....read above.

The lady who answered very kindly asked a few questions and instructed me how to solve my problem without my needing to visit this business and without spending any money!

I don’t have a car and I am a pensioner so this help was especially appreciated
