I honestly could have not had better care 4 weeks ago. The staff were absolutely amazing and food was fantastic. After waiting over 5 years for a full knee replacement, I could not have been in a better place. Even the food was fantastic. Thank you to this very caring hospital.

I had a wonderful and caring stay during recent surgery. The staff are so professional and friendly. Catering staff were delightful too. My surgeon was professional and thorough. The hospital is in the process of an upgrade and it will be even better. I can highly recommend. Thank you to all.

Had a procedure recently. Was happy with all the doctors, nurses, staffs, and volunteers. Really appreciate your care and support during there. Couldn't drop the review form back there so putting it here. Hope you guys keep up the great work.

Honestly not great. Receptionist had little to no care for patients or visitors and appeared annoyed when we came in for my partners surgery 3 hours early (as advised by said receptionist a few days beforehand). After surgery and a night stay, a nurse refused pain medication for my partner (after offering it to her earlier) until she had moved around and then only gave a half dose which did not ease her pain. As we were leaving, the same receptionist said "you're leaving are you?" In a rude, condescending tone and when advised that yes, we were leaving, she said "urgh, this will take a minute". Extremely disappointed with the severe lack of care or attention by the day staff. In retrospect, the night receptionist and nurses were absolutely phenomenal.

Required Cataract Surgery some time ago now, this hospital was an option to have the procedure done here, going through private system for consultation and treatment. Car parking was stress free unlike some other hospitals. Staff and doctors here were professional, however the after care and follow ups could have been better though. The rooms and beds are dated and could do with a revamp. Not sure I’d come back anytime soon.

I have been in many hospitals over my 75 years of age. I have been in public and private hospitals all around Australia. I can honestly say the best hospital I have ever been in for short and long stays is the Western Hospital. I feel safe, respected and the staff are so professional and caring. I am never nervous if I go there as I know I will get proper professional care, and that means a lot to me and the community it serves. The doctors I have seen there are so experienced and professional.

Western Hospital staff were all very professional, from the staff at the front desk, Catherine, who showed me to my private room, Nurses Ellie and Maggie who took care of me prior to my procedure, Dr Wong, the anaesthetist and Dr Chung, my specialist. Very professional and well organised.
