Joke of a gp practice. Had one person tell me they would accept me as a new patient once I had my medical history transfered to be told by someone else that they are not accepting me without being told the reason why. The building has "we care" written on the front which to me is false advertisement. While also in the waiting room area, there is a small monitor stating that if you are having an appointment as a new patient there will be a fee, but after the first appointment, bulk billing will be available. I have been denied my healthcare which is affecting me. Steer clear of this GP practice.

Extremely Good Medical center , always good Customer service. Dr Raj treats myself and My family an never a disappointment with treatment , also medications . You not treated like sheep , like at these other money hungry doctors rooms. The Doctors at this practice are Loving and Caring an very knowledgeable in medicine .

Dr Raj Sharma prescribed a diuretic medication to my mother 4 times the strength that she needed. This could have been potentially fatal if she had continued to take it, but she was wise enough to halve the dose and then she stopped taking it after 5 days. When I took her to see him, he was so blunt and rude, that it shocked me. He is obviously not accountable to anyone.

A fantastic family business, they have supported our family through good times and dreadful, for over 13 years. So happy we found this surgery, some people mistake a quick concise manner.
As our family doctors I dread having to find another one day.

These have been my Drs for the last 12 years. At first they was good, they cared and could get to my health problems. But now its been 5 years and 5 years of me walking into them telling them what is going on all they would do was a blood test and it always come back fine.

But now its gone down hill. I get pushed away without even any medical help. Like when i said acid reflux for the last 6 years. she did a breath test on me all came back normal. No help with medication just got told to "not eat dairy products at all" 5 years i would wake up feeling like my mouth was on fire etc. Or when i found out i had cysts on my knees she would give nothing for the pain told me to go home and have hot showers to help with it.

They use to be good but as they are getting older i have found them a little bit lacking in the caring department or are quick to get you in and out.

Doctor wouldn’t conduct a standard referral because he was ‘running 45 minutes behind’ and wanted to reschedule so he could get 2 dips in the rebate pot. The guys is just overbooking to get as many rebates as possible. Terrible practice do not go here unless absolutely necessary.

Always helpful, I see Mrs Dr Sharma and she is great, little wait time and shes to the point. its great when you work and need to have a quick visit. but she also pays attention to details and always seems to know the answers. great staff with friendly attitudes every time I go on.
