I am so disappointed in this place. I had an appointment to see a doctor today to have a 'women's check up' Let me tell you, not a pleasant thing to have done. I tried to mentally prepare myself for the appointment and got myself there. When I arrived I was told that there wasn't a Dr on duty and that they had sent me a message the day before. I showed them my phone to prove I did not receive a message at all. I had so many questions for the Dr as I have other things going on too. I have been a victim of DV for over 40 years. They told me they would get the nurse to come out and see my because by this time I was in meltdown mode. The nurse came out and told me she would email a list of Drs I could see in the area. Well, that never happened either! No email. The nurse's advice to me in the middle of the meltdown was to go and have my nails done, it may make me feel better! She also said 'I wasn't really suitable for that centre and they were booked out for weeks' What does that mean? 'Not suitable' I would really like a reply to this review. I am so upset, I have been going to the centre for years and they have got me through some very tough times with DV and now I feel unwelcome.

Best place in Adelaide to go for any Women’s Health Care issue. For all women of any age. Friendly, informative, professional, confidential. After a series of disastrous appointments several years ago with a male GP this place was a Godsend! A friend recommended the Dale St Women’s Health Centre to me. Now I do the same and let other women’s about this place. The staff, doctors and nurses are very helpful.

Had cervical screening test here. I booked 10am. The day before the appointment a text reminder came through saying my appointment is 9:15am. I was early because I followed the reminder but it turned out my real appointment is really 10am. What a waste of time waiting :(.... Lesson learned, confirm to them the correct appointment time. The receptionist might be mentally absent haha....

Always made to feel comfortable. Never made to feel anything less. Care and follow up are on point also. Highly highly recommend. Won't go anywhere else for women's business.
