I’m very grateful for everyone who works here. Nurse Louane, Dr Sarah and Dr Lih are all fantastic looking after my needs and making sure that I understand everything and comfortable while in their care. Very professional, great customer service. Deserves more than 5 star.

The nurses and doctors are so kind and knowledgeable and made what was a very nervous me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr Lih was A+ she was very caring and informative and I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who is in the position of needing it!

The Pregnancy Advisory Centre made what was a cold, isolating and horrifying decision into one of the most warmest and easy experiences. You can tell that every individual who works there cares about the health and wellbeing of women, and all concerns are listened to carefully and you aren’t made to feel alone for a single moment. I highly recommend coming here for pregnancy-related consultations. Firstly, I am a foreigner, and all the staff, from the receptionist to the nurse drawing blood and the OB doctor, were very patient in listening to me and provided timely encouragement. They patiently offered useful answers and explanations to my questions, making me feel comforted in times of helplessness and confusion. A special thanks to Dr. Sophia for her feedback and advice on my health, and also to the nurse who drew my blood; she was truly gentle.

Absolutely beautiful nurses and staff, the most comfortable I’ve felt in a hospital type setting from the moment i walked in. Super simple to book over the phone as the receptionist staff are super lovely too! All the information I needed was clear to me and not once was any opinion forced upon me. The doctor I had was very attentive to me and I could tell was ensuring I was comfortable and okay. Nothing but good things to say from my experience. These ladies are a true blessing

i’m only 20 years old, i never thought i would go through this but i can’t even explain how absolutely beautiful all of the staff are. they were so thorough with me the entire time i had to have multiple scans, ruled out all possibilities and booked me in quickly for a d n c. i was panicky and teary when i showed up yesterday for my procedure at the qeh but i was explained every step, given time to rest after each one and comforted so highly by the nurses and staff. i was given head massages while they put me to sleep, and both my hands were held before and after my procedure. irene was one of the only ones i trusted to do my bloods and iv since i’ve had past medical trauma and she was a gem with me the entire time. can’t explain how thankful i am to everyone. you are in safe hands here

Amazing in everything that they do! Couldn’t recommend this facility enough. One of my loved ones attended this clinic with her partner, she was extremely nervous but after leaving the appointment she felt much clearer about her situation. She said she couldn’t have felt more supported. The staff were lovely and were asking all do the right questions, there was no bias and she did not feel judged one bit. I was worried about her being so young that she would have a bad experience at a place like this, but this facility blew me away. I am so happy with how they looked after my girl, thank you for doing the work you do and making this experience so much better for young people that may not have the supprt or guidance from their families ❤️

I couldn’t of had a more beautiful experience, everyone there was so amazing and genuinely makes you feel cared for. what i got done in 5 minutes there took the hospital 10 hours of waiting, aswell as that she got me in the next day knowing i couldn’t wait any longer. honestly sad i won’t see them amazing people again.
