I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Heba Mankarious, who has served as our family Dr. for more than 22 years.

From shared care during pregnancy to support for the terminally ill elderly.

Throughout this time the care Heba has provided to our family has been outstanding and unwavering. Listening, understanding and genuinely caring for her patients their history and their challenges.

Heba’s medical proficiency is extensive, including Hyperhidrosis, which many GP’s are unaware of. Heba communicates complex medical information clearly and thoroughly, which is invaluable.

Moreover, Heba consistently goes above and beyond typical GP expectations. Whether it's scheduling last-minute appointments, promptly returning phone calls, or personally following up on test results, Heba’s dedication is to be commended and appreciated.

Heba has earned our deepest respect. Her genuine concern for each family members’ well-being has fostered an enduring doctor-patient relationship that we cherish.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Dr. Heba Mankarious.
I’m confident that Dr. Heba will continue to positively impact the lives of all her patients for many years to come.

Have been seeing Dr Chu for years and he is great however in his absence booked my son to see first available, a Dr M. She was extremely aggressive in her nature, I told her he had cold/flu symptoms and wanted her to check his lungs she responded back.. I will determine what needs to be checked (as in, who am I to tell her what to do). I told her that I also thought a blood test may be a good idea as he as been getting sick often and doesn’t eat well. She got frustrated, didn’t want to do the test. Said it can’t be done while he is sick and normally isn’t done on young kids, I said ok, then she accused me of not listening to her and wrote a script for blood tests which shocked me then told me to see Dr Chu when he gets back in two weeks. Didn’t check my sons weight, height nothing. She did check his lungs, ears and throat and determined that he doesn’t need antibiotics ( hence the one star). Overall, left feeling extremely upset. She was Very rude, inadequate in her treatment and approach to explaining simple medicine. I hope that this feedback reaches her and she changes her approach in the future.

I have had doctors over the years that just tick boxes. Concord Family Doctors is far from that. I have been coming here for years. Dr Vicki Chan is a very committed doctor who really cares for her patients and their overall health. Always a pleasant experience ?

My family has attended Concord Family Doctors for ten years and during that time we have seen four of the GPs — all excellent. The Doctors are caring, thorough, never rush you nor brush off your concerns. We have a lot to thank the Doctors and staff for — particularly Dr Vicki Chan, Dr Colin Chu, Jo and Tina. I highly recommend this practice, especially for families with young kids.

Doctors here are amazing and so helpful, the receptionist however really let's this practice down. Will make every excuse under the sun in order to not simply help patients (all I asked was if my last visits documents could be emailed to me) I was put on hold 3 times, to then be told 'no you can't have them, you will need to come in for a new visit'.
I explained they definitely were scanned and should be in my file.. all I'm asking is a click of the button email, the conversation ended with 'okay fine I'll do it when I can get around to it' and then an abrupt hang up.
Its insane that this lady is the first point of contact for people wishing to use this practice.

Generally pretty good, but the first doctor gave a poor diagnosis which led to the symptoms becoming more painful. Went to another here but the doctor wrote the script without clear instructions so the pharmacist won’t give the prescription for my son who’s unwell. Really frustrating experience. Will be looking for another GP

My extended family have been patients of Concord Family Practice for many years, being treated for amongst the usual ailments, cancers and chronic illness.
I have always found the receptionists at the front desk to be very understanding and helpful, especially in those times where you or a family member are very ill and urgently need to see one of the Doctors.

We have seen the various Doctors in the practice when our 'usual Doctor isn't available and have found the Doctors all to be very informative and willing to listen to what is wrong with you then discuss the best treatment they advise with you.

Everywhere you go there is a waiting time, this practice is no different, emergencies occur etc, but they never seem to run too much overtime and the staff at the front desk will let you know anyway if there's a problem
If you are looking for a proper 'family' practice, Concord Family Doctors is the practice to go, I highly recommend them.
