Makes false reports just on how people look,false rspca reports aswell & little do they know im on dsp and when I get my ndis ill be requesting to not be put through these people

They are brilliant. If something broke the agency would reimburse you back. Provide clients with gloves/mask & hand sanitiser so support workers can use without dipping into yours. The support workers are sensitive to your needs provide with high quality
Care. Miss them terribly.

Very unprofessional. They seem to have no idea how to support their clients. Many instances of just sitting on their phones then asking to leave early. Paid for a 4.5hr ‘spring clean’ but all they did was mop the floor. I have photo evidence & asked 3 seperate staff members to please come out & have a look to investigate their sub standard work their cleaner did but they all refused. Too many instances of appalling ‘care’ to list here. I contacted Support Coordinator Skye many times with my concerns but all I received was lip service. Nothing ever changed.
