Excellent service from the reception staff. My family doctor, Dr. Chaturi, consistently goes above and beyond, especially when caring for children. I’ve been coming to this center for the past five years, and the experience has always been outstanding. Appointments are easy to book, and the wait times to see a GP are usually short.

Nice little clinic, lovely doctor's and receptionist...BUT, there's only one invalid parking space, and it's used by people that shouldn't be parked there. CONSTANTLY
I think the practice should put flyers up in the waiting room to remind people that this space is for people with disabilities, the elderly or any other medical condition, and MUST display their permit...

Great place very caring doctors only issue is the waits can get very long sometimes which is understandable but is a little bit annoying if you have work and expect to go there for 20 minutes with a schedule appointment most of the times your gonna be late other than that the doctors are very polite and experienced and there’s a chemist right next door

Receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. The Dr was running an hour late and people started complaining to receptionist who forwarded the people who complained ahead of us who had a later booking. when confronted she was dismissive and lied that they booked first when I had clearly heard their appointment times were after us and proceeded to take patients ahead of us. I understand that GP appointment can run late but they should honor their booking system and not let patients skip ahead just because they complained.

Do not recommend. Dr Chathuri is consistently running 40 minutes behind everytime. Last appointment was also 40 minutes behind schedule and then during my consult she went off topic and when I went to discuss my medical concern that I was there for she told me to come back the next day (which I would have to pay for again as it's not bulk billed) because she wanted to close the clinic and refused to continue the consultation. I've also found extra charges on my Medicare of services not received.

Phone consult is a joke at this clinic! Have been waiting for more than an hour and no call yet. If we book a phone consult it means that our work schedule doesn't allow us to spend time outside work. Which means I have meetings to attend to and don't want to wait for a 3 minute call which can happen anytime during the day!

Pathetic Medical Centre - show's little to no 'care' for their patients and front desk staff are rude, condescending and not upfront about the associated costs then are aggressive when patients don't have money to make the full payment. This medical clinic has gone downhill in the past few years - I will be finding a new clinic.

I've been to 3 different doctors here, and they've all been great. It's easy to get an appointment too, and a couple of times I've made one on the day or the day before and been able to get in. $20 gap, but that's pretty normal now for GP clinics.
