I phoned and made a same-day appointment and asked about the timeliness of the clinic as it was during my lunch break. I was told that sometimes the doctor runs over time, however she’s generally on time.

I arrived for my 11:30am appointment and, when I asked about wait times, I was told it would be around thirsty minutes.

Unfortunately, I waited for over an hour to be seen, which is not a great experience. The doctor had good bedside manner and was thorough in her care, however, the clinic might want to consider booking less appointments if they want to honour people’s time.
