I haven’t been back there since 2019 when covid started, so what! I haven’t been sick or needing a doctor I just went to chemist warehouse brought cold and flu tablets self treatment. Now I needed to see a doctor for a medical examination the Receptionist accuses me for going to another GP sorry they can’t help. Cause I’m not a regular I’ll be charge. That’s fine with me, at the end she told me they can’t do medical examinations you need to go to your local GP WFT! You are my local GP I told you that already you have all my medical record since I was 3yrs old, Fine I will find another local GP. My mum still goes there still and I get treated like that. Wow what a customer service. Telling me to go to my local GP three times who are you to tell me that! All the receptionist had to do today was sorry you haven’t been here for a long while we can’t medical examination for you or sorry we that here. Not keep mention go to your local GP 😡

To the below reviews, I’ve come late before- no dramas whatsoever. Of course not saying it didn’t happen to them, but should be taken with a grain of salt. The receptionist’s “rudeness” could be misinterpreted I feel. I try to be understanding as the way they phrase things, although sounding rude, may just be how they speak in English. Be mindful that some receptionists here speak both English and Viet, both languages being very different. Something I do when I don’t know someone too well- be more open and forgiving to their mannerisms. I’ve personally never had a bad experience here, and have been going ever since Dr Thanh-Tam helped my mum when she was pregnant with me. She’s genuinely caring, and goes well and beyond for you when you express a concern.

Very bad Customer service! Do not Recommend! I Just called in to get a GP consultation and the person on the other very rude! I just wanted to know if this was a bulk billed facility the interaction was completely confusing and she kept telling me if I don’t have a medicare number I have to pay cash! Who asks for cash? Not card payment? What is this place? And why you so rude women? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
