Just got my bloods done here. I felt extremely rushed and it made me extremely uneasy as I have a fear of needles. I made the lady aware and asked to use the smaller needle and she said “ oh the smaller one takes longer” and I was obviously frightened and had to ask again and I felt like her responses were judgemental with the fact that I wanted it because it’s less painful and obviously I don’t feel it as much, which feeling can sometimes make me dizzy. The whole time I was rushed and not comforted at all. Probably won’t go back here, I felt like a number in a que!!
