We travel 25 minutes to this clinic, originally for a particular doctor, but we keep coming back because the whole team makes it worth it. The reception staff are always kind and present. Yesterday, one of them quietly offered an older lady a glass of water while she waited. It was a simple gesture, but a beautiful reminder of how much the small things matter. We’re really grateful to be cared for by people who genuinely care.

The most welcoming and loving staff who go above and beyond to make you welcome. The doctors and nurses are open and willing to listen and support. Great practice if you have kids. Been taking my twins since 8 weeks and couldn’t be more impressed with their dedication to their patients.

Called to make an appointment for my newborns 6 week vaccination/immunisation. Lady I spoke to was very unhelpful and everytime I asked a question she just replied "do it online, on the website". Tried to reiterate that it was for our newborns 6 week vaccination and she replies " yeah just book online it's fine". Booked online and filled everything in as I was told. Went in to the clinic a week before the appointment to check I had filled everything in for the appointment to be told "no we can't do the immunisation then as we need a nurse and they are busy for the next few weeks!"
This was the reason I first called to check all this out before making an appointment and to be told just go online and book. Quite disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. I will not be returning to this clinic.

I am so glad to have found this practice. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. The nurses are always so lovely and Dr Chandrakumar is the best! I started seeing her for my baby but now I see her as well because she’s so caring and thorough.

Dr Veena Geddada is the most gorgeous doctor. Very sweet, caring and understanding. She was right on time and gave me a clear explanation of my issue. The practice as a whole delivers a very high standard of service. Sarah the practice manager called me prior to my appointment to ensure I clearly understood my appointment options when my notes on booking conflicted with what was possible.

I have been going to this clinic for over 25 years. They can not be faulted. They are kind, caring, helpful professional and friendly.
The reception staff welcome us by name on arrival and go out of their way to greet my children making them feel safe.
The nurses are so kind and patient and genuinely care about their patients (also exceptiona at baby immunisations)

The few Drs I have seen are caring thorough (non judgemental) and actually listen to your concerns.

What incredible wonderful kind staff and caring medical team. I have been unfortunately like some were really worried about the Cov19 shot due to such bad media attention of the ones who died. I had my first shot and i never felt it. I encourage to talk with medical staff about concerns for the jab but i now wished i had it sooner. Fear not💫🤍💫🕊thankyou all for caring in general but for assuring me that i made the right choice👃😷🌏💫🕊
