i have been attending this practice between 5 to 10 years. I have regular every two months with Ben S. The adjustments always assist with freeing up movement in my body. The appointment last approximately 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I meant to do this review a few months ago. But had my first ever Chiro session with Dr Ben Allen a few months back. I was quite nervous going into it as I had a bit of a unique issue but he was really professional with his approach and personable. Made me feel at ease straight away and even followed up with me a day or so later to see how I was travelling. Would highly recommend

I first came to SA Spine and Health two months ago with various underlying spinal/hip issues that were impacting my general fitness, wellbeing, and ability to partake in dynamic sports.
