Karen is so good! I have been struggling with tight muscles in my upper back and neck, and a good strong massage with hot stones has been wonderful! I also love that Karen is very spiritual, and I will definitely be booking in for a reiki session in the future 🙂

Karen is insanely AMAZING at what she does. She massages with hot stone strokes, I never want my session with her to end. She massages with her entire being, very present and deeply sincere. She offers so much more than a massage. I feel so light and rejuvenated after a session. The way she gets deep into the neck and shoulder pressure point is deeply relaxing. The way she uses hot stones on the soles is DELICIOUS. Thank you Karen.

Have been going to Karen every month or 2 for nearly 2 years for remedial massage and chats initially for stress management. Karen is a down to earth angel and generally kind soul. She clearly knows her craft and has served as a very kind and knowledgeable sounding board through some life stresses as well as her excellent hot rock massages. Karen is an expert in de-stressing and is very deserving of all the kind words 😊

I love going to see Karen for her hot stone massages and I find an hour is never long enough. I carry a lot of my tension in my shoulders and back; the use of hot stones together with Karen's deep tissue massage works wonders for me. To say that I'm addicted to her massages is an understatement, I can not recommend her enough!

I cannot recommend Kasona massage enough. Karen has a very professional and calming nature that instantly makes you feel at ease. I have always been interested in holistic treatments but never explored it until I had a session with her. I have been seeing Karen for my remedial hot stone massages for many years now. I have also referred many to her and bought vouchers as gifts. She is a delight to be with and is a master of her art. MMMM must go again soon and you must try her. Her work will keep you healthy and feeling good, is very cost effective (and we know that is a thought these days) and just as you service your car to keep it running well you need a service too.

I saw Karen for the first time after being referred by friends. She was wonderful! The envirnoment was very relaxing and peaceful. She assessed my body and worked on problem areas whilst checking in throughout the session. Her techniques, knowledge and energy made for a perfect massage- I've already booked my next two appointments and can't wait to return!
