Dr Phan is a very good doctor. She always let me talk and listen to me carefully. She is kind, polite and supports me to participate in all my decisions.
The staff is also nice and polite.

I'm shocked that this clinic has such a low rating. Reading through the old reviews, it seems they got rid of the doctor that caused the problems.
Well i have some positive things to say because I've only had great experiences in the many times I've visited.
Firstly I love that I can get an appointment very easily, usually on the same day, & not waiting 3 days like at some clinics.
The reception Tram (or Tran maybe?) is so warm & friendly, & has shown she cares.
I see Dr Aung & he is excellent. I've been to multiple GPs sometimes just to get different opinions when its something trivial but he always diagnosed me most accurately & gives the best recommendations for treatment. I'm now confident in going to him exclusively. He comes across as a bit aloof because he is soft spoken & unenthusiastic, but I quickly came to learn that this doesn't mean he doesn't care, thats just his personality. He's a great doctor, he cares & thats what matters. Thank you Dr Aung

Money is more important to the Psychologist than the well being and safety of patients.
Compassion and understanding is non-existent.
I would NOT recommend Melinda Lee to anyone.

I missed 2 appointments over the 18 months i seen Melinda. I messaged and explain the situation both times (last time in distress as my friend of 15 years had just passed away)
I offered to pay for the appointments I missed.

I got a message back from her saying that because I had missed 2 appointments I could no longer see her and to call Lifeline.

18 months of opening up, gaining trust and feeling like I was actually getting somewhere, and dumped. Absolutely disgusting.

I understand that they need to get paid, and I offered to pay. I was denied, and told to not come back.

The mental health system is S.A. terrible.

I see Dr Aung, he's a great Dr. Very thoughtful, thorough and professional. He has looked after my health for over two years now and he's been the best Dr I've seen in my life.
Receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Great clinic.

From my experience, the doctors here don't seem to care about my health. I've been dismissed multiple times and been told that "it's nothing". They don't listen unless I'm really stern and ask them to check the issue out properly. The wait times are terrible, waited a good 1.5 hours one time. The receptionists are not that great. There is a nice one but the older lady and younger vietnamese girl especially could really brush up on their customer service. You're working in the front line after all. Dr Tran also has given me some attitude, he was rushing me as he needed to leave for something that seemed more important than tending to his patient...

Honestly a waste of time.
Dr. Luan Tran is unorganised and unprofessional, has the worst time management there is. He picks up calls during consultations and changes your appointment time without any notice or makes up excuses.

Dr. Aung seems as if he cannot be bothered with his job and talks so quietly as if he's mumbling. Can't tell if he knows what he's talking about as he doesn't seem confident in what he says.

The receptionist don't care to correct you on your appointment time when you tell them what time your appointment is or think your appointment is. They will tell that it's another 15 minutes before your appointment when there's 6 other people before you.

Dr. Phan is one of the most professional GP doctor I’ve met. She's a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about her patient’s well-being. The receptionists were friendly. Every time when I was sick . After one visit and the right medication, I was better in no time. I’m very pleased with my choice to have Dr. Phan as my family GP doctor. Thank you!
