Have been seeing the same Doctor for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s easy to talk to and highly professional. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Many good doctors at this practice covering a wide variety of treatments at one place.

The doctors and the surgery are fantastic however it's super frustrating that you can't book an appointment unless booking 3 weeks in advance. I have a 5 month old and when I need to get her seen to by a doctor I can never get an appointment and end up having to take her somewhere else that is far less superior. It's disappointing because this has been my families doctors surgery for years. Unfortunately I can not predict my baby's illness weeks in advance.

We have been patients at Whites Road Medical Centre for many years. We would not hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone. From the Reception staff, Nurses and GP’s we are always treated with respect and utmost professionalism. I could also say that the care from one particular GP has saved my husbands life.

My husband and I have been attending this Clinic since we moved to the area, in 2013. We have moved further away, but still attend this clinic. Reception staff are helpful and very pleasant, the nurses have always been exemplary with their service, and the various Doctors we have seen over the years have been knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. We will continue to attend this Clinic while we are able.

I've been attending Whites Road Medical Centre with my family for over 20 years and it is my first choice for any medical care. (And absolutely not wanting to mention that Dr Groves is amazing - just in case everyone wants to see him & then I'll never get in!) First time to the practice to see a new doctor. The reception staff seemed polite, and helpful, and asked for assistance if they did not fully know the answer to my query. The waiting room is spacious and the chairs are setup like most surgeries post covid, to allow separation from others.
The medical staff we saw around the place, including the doctor we saw, all wore a face mask. The doctor we saw was polite and knowledgeable. What more could we want
