After a 61-hour workweek on my feet in hospitality, I took to the Temple Day Spa for a sauna and a hot stone massage.

I arrived half an hour early, and the lovely receptionist offered me to get changed into a lush bathrobe and enjoy the massage chair in the relaxation area. This area is absolutely lovely for all senses: the lighting, the smell and the delightful tea that you can help yourself to. And then the chair itself, so powerful - never experienced anything like it!

Infrared sauna was very comfortable with ample of thick towels and relaxing music. It was on 58 degrees - next time I'll ask for it to be a bit higher as it took about 20 minutes before I got that real hot sauna feeling.

Next was the hot stone massage by the lovely Keeley. What can I say? I have had many massages in my life and this was simply the best I have ever experienced.

I left a different person, completely rejuvenated and energized - thank you Keeley and the lovely team for an amazing afternoon, I'll be back!

Excellent. Booked the couple's embrace session and it was worth every dollar. The session was very comprehensive and me and my partner left feeling very rested and rejuvenated. The staff were exceptionally attentive and professional.

We shared a wonderful, relaxing afternoon together- winding down enjoying a Couples spa experience including sauna, spa and hot stone massages. The massages were great with good attention to pressure. A glass of champagne with the spa experience was lovely touch. Highly recommended for special time together without distractions. I just had the BEST facial I’ve ever experienced at Temple Day Spa! I had the Vitamin C facial with Marlena, and it was absolutely incredible. As a former beauty therapist with 12 years of experience, I’ve had countless facials over the years—but nothing has compared to this. Marlena was professional, attentive, and her technique was flawless. My skin feels refreshed & glowing. The whole experience was luxurious and calming from start to finish. Highly recommend booking with Marlena—you won’t be disappointed!

I had such a relaxing experience at Temple Day Spa and would highly recommend their services. Each ‘therapist’ was so kind and helpful and really made the experience! I did the Rainforest Body Ritual which included infrared sauna, Exfoliating Past + Hydrotherapy Vichy Shower and the 60 min spa massage, overall 2 and a half hours but felt like so much longer! Can’t wait to do it again!

I recently booked a group of 5 ladies in for a Sunday Spa as part of our itinerary for a Ladies Weekend away. We all absolutely loved our treatments - everybody felt spoilt, relaxed and rejuvenated! The accompanying fruit & cheese platter with matching glass of bubbles which the lovely team at the Spa had arranged were both delicious and generous. The Temple Day Spa at Unley is a lovely calm environment and the therapists were just fantastic. Highly recommend!
