I had the most incredible experience with cupping, dry needling and a massage at this place. From start to finish, it was five-star treatment all the way.

First off, both skilled masseuses, Luis and Chris (on seperate occasions) knew exactly how to target those pesky knots and tension in my muscles. They used just the right amount of pressure and technique to work through all my aches and pains. I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders – literally!

What sets this place apart was the attention to my individual needs. They took the time to understand my specific concerns and tailor the massage accordingly. They were attentive, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. I left feeling not only physically refreshed but also less pain when I returned back to work to slump my spine back into a question mark to make some sick tatties at the expense of my body.

Chris was an amazing remedial masseur. I went for weekly appointments prior to an anterior hip replacement and post surgery for many weeks.
He was incredibly professional, informative, compassionate and highly skilled. His massage relieved an immense amount of pain and discomfort. I even tried the cupping! I understood the benefits after a couple of days and would request it again.

They work on specific set of muscles as if they were performing a surgery. Very informative and precise. I feel so relaxed and better. This place is worth every $. You are in good hands.
