Kate is incredibly kind, caring and thorough in her approach to helping clients improve and optimise their well-being.

I booked my initial consult with Kate after a few tough years of medical treatments had left me exhausted and a little worse for wear. I wasn't sure what to expected as I'd never considered alternative treatments, I just knew I needed to do something.

Kate has been amazingly helpful in improving my energy levels and general well-being. She has also been fabulous in supporting my teenage daughter with her health challenges.
