Waiting time was over 30mins from appointment time.
However, it was all worth it to receive such amazing service from Arpita.
She made the whole process of getting an iron infusion, a pleasant and smooth process.

Dr Shareen is such an amazing Dr. She cares about her patients so much and goes over and above to help every time. I could not want for a better Dr. This is exemplified by the fact she is always so busy. She has been my and my two boys family Dr for over 10 years. Thank you Dr Shareen 🙂

I took my son this afternoon nearly closing time (rang on the way) was greeted so professionally and prompt. Male reception staff was so friendly and nice, he made sure that we get seen. The lovely Dr we have seen was so nice and went into a detail regarding the injury. We didn’t feel like we were numbers. So good to see that.

Today I went there to do some medical test. They suppose to open at 8 am but they came at 8:20 while more than 8 people waiting and there was no apology.
Not being on time is a routine in this medical center and I see several times here .

My wife and I have no complaints. We receive exceptional service from our GP. Yes sometimes you have to wait beyond your booking time but that is not unusual in an GP rooms.
Bookings take priority over walking and this is clearly stated.
