Our school employed ESA Hindmarsh to complete developmental screenings for all of our reception children. This process has been streamlined and guided by highly professional clinicians. The flexibility and efficiency of OT Eliza and her team played a huge role in the successful delivery of service and ultimately the valuable outcomes for our reception children. Communication with our staff and families has been excellent culminating in a face-to-face meeting with our reception teaching team. Recommendations from the screenings have been well received and resulted in the enhancement of our teaching and learning and student support programs.
We greatly appreciated the strong commitment of ESA Hindmarsh to collaborating with our school community. We look forward to continuing our partnership with them.

Professional and polite staff that care highly about the clients!
Through collaboration in promoting para/disabled sporting opportunities to ESA’s clients, I have built a strong relationship with many of their staff and have nothing but positive things to say.
Their staff have even gone as far as volunteering their weekends to assist at Paralympic Come and Try events, showcasing their passion for what they do. Legends!!

My non verbal daughter Sophie and I have been coming here for 3 + years now and this team of therapy are absolutely fantastic. Sophie now talks and communicates in ways she can and it's thanks to her team for not giving up and being so very paitant and caring with my girl. I didn't know were toveven begin and they just played and interacted in music and games and fun and things my girl wanted and needed even with the strength with her mussles. This branch of Early Start Australia have been amazing. With the boom in NDIS referrals wait times can be huge for services but these guys are managing this really well and have much shorter wait times than most.
The OT, ST and Social Workers that I have interacted with have been amazing.

I wouldn't recommend it because I've been waiting for an appointment with an assistant for over a month. Communication with Clinical is extremely difficult, I send emails, I call, but the answer is always the same: we will get in touch soon. I paid full for 2 assessments for my child to be evaluated and after that no response, no proposed treatment, no contact, no plan to be followed, no assistance. However, my son has not received any benefits so far. The feeling is that I was deceived. Because I paid to not receive anything. No one mentioned the waiting list, so I don't think the clinic was honest with me. Disappointed, because we are talking about a 4-year-old child and days of delay in starting therapy could affect this child's entire life.
