I've been attending the centre along with my family for 8 years. Recently, there were many delays in my appointments, and I was only requesting it if really needed. Today I was there for more than 40 mins waiting and I was unattended. I asked annual leave for this appointment, payed parking in the city and walking from there; all for nothing. Not even an apology, not a call, no message. I'm just tired of this treatment against the patients. I'm leaving.

IRRESPONSIBLE! That’s what you can call this clinic. Doctor gave me the wrong prescription before leaving on holidays and now they are leaving me WITHOUT an essential medication until he comes back on the 17th! Do you have any idea of the consequences of that on someone that’s on a new medication?! That’s being irresponsible with other people’s lives!!!! And I didn’t get 1 apology for the mistake the doctor made. I’ve been going there for a while, but never again. If they can leave you out to die you don’t want to go back somewhere like that.

Dr Penkoff is an incredibly kind and caring doctor. She provides very good health care at an affordable rate for students.

Overall I have found my interactions with this clinic and its staff to be exceedingly good. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Chew and the nursing staff are excellent. Great bedside manner, professional. They are very much interested and invested in ensuring good medical care is given so that the patient's physical and mental health are working at its peak performance. I have been going to this clinic 2019 and as long as Dr. Chew and the nursing staff are there, I will be there. You wont be disappointed, just book ahead as their GPs are busy, but walk-ins are possible.

Unprofessional!Not recommended! The doctor asked me to do more test regardless my results are all good. Just waste money and time to talk to an unprofessional and unhelpful so-called doctor.
